Within the framework of the event, the submission to the jury board was considered and a new adjusted list of members of the jury board of the Union of Russian Philatelists was approved. The composition of the Bureau of the Executive Council included A.R. Fazlyakhmetov (Ufa) and
V.V. Shelikhov (Moscow). Also, the appointment of national commissioners from the Union of Philatelists of Russia to work at world philatelic exhibitions in 2020–2021 took place.
